Returns & Refunds

1. Returns:
a. Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
b. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our contact us page. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
c. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Refunds:
a. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
b. Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
c. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving
the item. Provide a description and photographs of the damage for our records.

b. Replacement: Depending on the
circumstances, we may offer a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or
defective items.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

a. Hygiene Products: For hygiene
reasons, certain items such as opened or used some of the skincare products
(i.e. Masks, etc.) , and products with broken seals, are non-returnable.

5. Cancellations:

a. Order Cancellations: We do not
accept order cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped. Please
